"As a long time user of this hotel they should start to look into making the bar and restaurant area more attractive and up-to-date, it is somehow sad stepping into the bar and the restaurant. The staff should also undergo a repeat training of smiling and being courteous. The reception staff were great"

"The hotel was such good value. 24hr reception was great as we had been delayed so didn't arrive until 1am. The breakfast offering is huge, there's something for everyone. The rooms are a little tired, but the beds are incredibly comfortable. There are no kettles in the room but there's a coffee machine in the foyer (charged), and you can purchase cup noodles from reception and they will provide hot water."

It looked nothing like the photos advertised, it was very basic and lacked the charm or luxury I was expecting based on the images. Additionally, the design of the hotel is not practical for travelers with luggage. There are stairs in the hallway, which made carrying my suitcase incredibly inconvenient. "Everything was good just the rooms are quite small with kids. Hotel and receptionist are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely only problem was to find table even we booked a slot to avoid the crowd. But overall was good holiday. "
