"The most disappointing masia we’ve stayed in. They were more interested in making money than their guests’ comfort - I arrived on Friday with a very bad cold and was told that it wasn’t possible to turn the heating on and the only option was to use an extra duvet. They shouldn’t advertise that it has heating if they’re not prepared to use it! Heard everything from the adjoining rooms, including flushing the toilets. They even charged us for ordering extra coffee (tiny cup) at breakfast. "

"We didn’t like the pool hours were only from 10am to 6pm. Since we only spend one night and arrived at 7 we missed the night swimming and check out was at 10am so we missed the day time hours. The doors to the hallway were thin allowing noise in our room. We loved the food options and the entertainment for the night was awesome! Wish we had of stayed a couple of days to experience more of the resorts options. "

"The staff don't speak or understand Catalan, the main language in the area. They charge extra 25€ fee to clean the room when you come with a pet (little or middle size. "The room and all spaces I passed by were very clean. I liked the idea of not wasting water and not changing towels so often. The spa was amazing. It was a very relaxing stay. "The apartment exceeded our expectations; we were in the “Blue Room” on the first floor which had a huge balcony stretching round two sides of the building and looking over the pool. The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful and made us feel welcome. The private car park was a bonus. A very good base from which to explore Girona, about half an hour’s drive away through very attractive countryside."
