"The apartment and the view were as advertised: gorgeous. I think renters should know that the apartment is high on a hill overlooking Menton, and that the ten minute walk into central Menton is all downhill. (And uphill on the way back.) At first we were concerned - mostly about coming back after dinner in the evenings - but we ended up talking a taxi then, and there is a quite good simple restaurant close to the apartment, which we enjoyed a lot. The host, Jennifer, is warm and very helpful....

"What a nice surprise it was to rent this apartment! We were a group of four and enjoyed having lunch and dinner in the apartment every day, especially since the weather was so-so.
