"Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and while it is not a particularly kid focused hotel, the kids (6 and 8) were always welcome and accomodated. Breakfast was perfect and the two dinners we had in the reataurant were excellent. It was our first stay but we are already planning to come back. The only downfall was the small bathroom sink. "

"The gate to get in was not working , we buzzed maybe 20 times and they just kept buzzing it but it wouldn’t open. You would think that after a few times they might think something was wrong. But no. To get thru the barrier was about 30 minutes after we forced the barrier bar up. From the check in desk area there were turn styles like in an airport to go any further, weird . Shower head was on a bar and the force of the water would turn the head to spray against the wall, no way to lock it in...

"A 30min walk from the HBF, or a 5min tram, location is fine, easy to find, small room, which is all that was required, shared bathroom, although there was a sink in the room, the taps didn't work, asked for them to be looked at, but nothing appeared to be done. The owners had thought of everything - from a washing machine and laundry liquid, to cosy slippers, NetFlix, ample bottled water, and a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival. What more could you want? We will definitely return, and would recommend it to anyone going to Hannover."
