"Staff were nice and helpful, though didn’t fix soap dispenser after i asked. There were things unexplained and it made the stay a little challenging. No drawers or closets for clothes in the rooms made it difficult to arrange clothing during the stay, shower only made the whole floor wet and other users of the bathroom have to walk on wet tile floor and use same wet floor towel. Breakfast was good but a little expensive 14€, even if you only drink one coffee and eat one croissant. Did not try...

"I really like this hotel, the bath was a bit small but everything else was great. The view from our room was beautiful. The hotel restaurant has AMAZING food, high quality and delicious with good prices. It is walkable to many sight seeing locations such as the city center, wineries, amazing lift to top of the mountain and nature hike etc. We were very happy."

"Marco checked us in, showed us to our room, and explained everything in the room. We had a beautiful view of the river and castle from our balcony. The restaurant food was great and Marco also took our order and sat down with us and answered every question about the area. The absolute best service I've ever had!!!
