"Great rooms & amenities. Surprisingly electronic functions in hotel, especially entry, kitchen with food options. Very clean place. Friendly & helpful staff. Just limited in person staff after the morning But always reach by phone. Plenty food & shopping on same street as its location is on main walkway. Train station 15-20 minutes walk with luggage. Nice park & river close. Note most businesses close about 3 or 4 pm other than late night restaurants. Going off the Main Street you still find...

"We weren't sure what to expect but enjoyed our stay and it was suitable for what we needed to do whilst in Ostersund. We had a number of sled dogs with us and these were accommodated without restriction. I can only give an average score on a number of things as I don't have anything much to compare against. However, the owners/managers were lovely, friendly and helpful and even came to watch at our event that we were taking part in. Down side, our water heater might not have been working too...
