This is an excellent place to stay in NYC if you're looking for a safe and affordable option. The location is great (and a few blocks east of 5th is a bit quieter, if that's what you're looking for), lots of dining options around, only a short walk from Central Park and theaters! The property is a bit worn, but that's to be expected. I do wish there was coffee maker in the room for mornings. Thanks to the wonderful and helpful staff!

Pros:
1. The beds are queen for four people room.
2. The staff is exceptional.
Cons:
1. We had a drain issue in bath tub which was fixed after two attempts.
2. The room we got a lot noise from surrounding. The hotel is in Time Square so this is understandable.
