"Bei Ankunft um 17.00 Uhr waren nicht alle Betten vorbereitet. Die Heizung war defekt, somit gab es kein warmes Wasser. Die Wohnung war eiskalt. Das im Inserat erwähnte zweite wc war nicht vorhanden. Da die Probleme mit der Heizung und warmwasser nicht behoben werden konnten sind wir nach einer Stunde wieder ausgecheckt. Unsere e-Mail an die Agentur mit Mängelanzeige und Regressforderung wurde bisher beantwortet."

"We loved the location across from the Castle. It had great walking trails all around the structure, down to the Marina and into the Old Town. The hosts were very responsive to make our check in easy. Tho we never met them in person, they were quick to respond to any questions. Spacious unit. Only a small balcony but a great view.
