The renovation was good enough, the staffs were very nice, the room had a nice view, and the Onsen was super clean and efficient. But I wonder what happened to the porter service. When we checked out, I could not find anyone helped our luggages.

琵琶湖が目の前の眺めも、お風呂も最高でした。ただ、女性用のサウナはなぜミストなのでしょうか？ドライにしてほしいです。またインルームダイニングがないのも残念でした。一部テイクアウトできますが､一番欲しかったのは朝食です。混んだ朝食会場で食べるより、眺めのいい自室でゆったり食べたいです。 とにかく琵琶湖ビューのお部屋が最高過ぎて、次に行くときにはもう部屋から出ないで一日ゴロゴロしたいくらいに気に入りました。 ホテル内のレストランもとても美味しかったです。ぜひ再訪したいです。

エコとコスト削減は紙一重
琵琶湖畔のプールもあるホテル。部屋からは琵琶湖を臨めます。大浴場も同様に琵琶湖が見えて、くつろいだ気持ちになれます。JR大津駅間無料送迎バスが1時間に三本あり、便利です。スタッフもよく教育されていて感じがよい。唯一気になったのは、環境への配慮で、部屋の備品がとても少ないこと。歯ブラシ、シャワーキャップ、ブラシ、綿棒などはなし。希望者は購入出来ます。以前は何かしらあったのか、それらがかつては格納されていたらしい小さな棚の引き出しはカラ。事前にメールでその旨知らされていたのですが、実際に泊まると、少しシャビーな印象。今どきだから仕方ないかもしれないけど、このクラスのホテルでここまでするかと思いました。当然、朝食ブッフェに紙ナプキンはなし。客室階廊下の冷房も弱くて、真夏で酷暑だったため、エレベーター待ちで汗ばみました。 とはいえ、全体的には満足度が高いので、京都に来たら、行きか帰りにまたこちらに泊まりたいです。
