Great hotel on the Quebec side of the Ottawa river. Super easy check-in and very friendly and helpful staff. My one complaint is that my “Do Not Disturb” sign was ignored.

Notre séjour a eu lieu début janvier. Hotel vieux en assez bonne condition 3/5. Restaurant Ono et Kato dispendieux pour la qualité du repas 3/5. Spa Koena pas relaxant du tout. Le site est très bien mais cellulaire permis, les gens parlent partout et trop de monde sur le site. Très convoité, il faut arriver tot car il ya une file d’attente pour entrer des 9h 3/5.

Really liked this hotel, they seemed short staffed which was unfortunate, our check in was pushed back but the staff were so patient and apologetic. I would definitely stay here again!
