Staff at this hotel are friendly and very customer service oriented. Had an issue with air conditioner, went for dinner and was fixed by the time I got back to the hotel. Restaurant offers a good variety of food options and drinks. I am staying here again in two weeks.

he location is unbeatable—everything you need is within walking distance, from restaurants and shops to attractions and transit. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and all amenities were fully functional and well-maintained. The on-site restaurant and bar exceeded expectations with excellent service and high-quality food and drinks. A perfect choice for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a bit of luxury during their stay.

Great location. 8min walk to Parliament Hill. Also, LRT Lyon on site. Tim Hortons is in same building. Pool was great and rarely had more than 8 people there. Parking lot had in/out privilege and was convenient to room. My only complaint was room did not have a safe.

Nice staff, very clean and comfortable rooms. The Delta have beautiful and comfortable bicycles for rent where all of the proceeds went to the Ottawa children's hospital. What a great idea. Unfortunately there was a "Furries" convention at this hotel and they literally took over the entire lobby, elevators and just about every common use space in the hotel with their large costumes and inconsiderate attitudes. It was cute at first but then became annoying when several elevators were missed due to large costumes, couldn't move in the lobby and slamming doors all day and evening.

Ticket for in and out parking did not work. Had to request a new one. Requested 2 additional pillows and we got 1. The access to the elevators was each time a nightmare. The CanFurCon people were monopolizing them spending their time in front of them, going up and down. No respect for the regular guests.

Nice hotel, good location - walkable to all the city centre sights. Good views of the city from our room. Car park very convenient but be warned it’s a narrow & steep entrance down into it. Club room breakfast was advertised as continental but also included cooked options. This was the first hotel of our stay with a kettle rather than a coffee only machine which was a bonus for us.
