Don't miss this amazing condo that's walking distance to Heritage Harbor's sand volleyball, pickleball court, the marina, and pool. Want to check out something cool? Downtown Ottawa is just a 5 minute drive where you can dine in one of our many restaurants, try on the latest fashion at our boutique shops, view some amazing art galleries, and dance the night away at one of our local music establishments. You are going to LOVE Heritage Harbor Resort and Ottawa!

The layout:
This two level space has elegant, yet tasteful decor throughout. The entrance opens up into the living space and kitchen. The kitchen comes with all the essential tools you will need to make the perfect meal. The bedroom hosts a queen size bed and flat screen tv, perfect for those late night movies. Walk downstairs to the second bedroom and full bathroom.

There is one parking space allocated for this condo in front of the building.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our naptime.
