"We liked the property. It was very convenient to everything in Lincoln City. We drove down to Newport and came back and it was clean and had breakfast and our dog was very happy. The handicap accessibility was good. No shower chair though"

"Best feature: Beautiful ocean view! Sitting high above the beach, it’s 136 steps down to the sand & 136 steps back UP to the room. Important to know if you have a family. Pool & hot tub are a nice extra. NO daily housekeeping but office staff happily supplies clean towels for multiple day guests. Bathroom/shower is dated & a bit tired but clean & functional. Note: “Pet friendly” means your pet is welcome for an additional $20/night."
