"We loved this beautiful, spacious, quiet spot for 6 of us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved sitting out on the deck. The kitchen and dining/living area had tons of space so we could spread out. 3 of us slept upstairs so it was great to have a bathroom up there. We also used the washer and dryer and brought soap, but there was some already there. Alison has thought of everything and made this a beautiful, cozy and welcoming space!"

"The cabin itself while small is really nice. It wasn't really warm while we were there, the AC worked well. The lot is a nice lot with good flat ground by the lake and the shore is sand. We didn't use the washing machine, but the dryer was nice to have for wet clothes. The issues I had with the place is that while it is sand bottom it was very weedy. The neighbors either pull weeds or have a weed roller. The owners didn't do any of that. So if you are planning on swimming at the cabin...

"Fantastic alternative to hotel. Our teens all had their own beds and tv room, bathroom and shower. Here for a family weekend wedding. Could get away and relax. Cards on the porch and nice neighborhood to go for a walk."

Plenty of bedrooms (and bathrooms) to spread out in, and lots of space inside for dining, hanging out, etc. So close to Perham and great dining and shopping as well. Though late in the season we enjoyed the hot tub and a fresh dip in the lake in the evening as well!"

"Perfect spot for a bachelorette party. House was clean, beds and furniture were very comfortable, and check-in process was seamless. It had all amenities we needed. We loved the house decor as well. Would definitely recommend!"

"There was plenty of room for our 4 family groups. The teens had fun learning to play pool. Spent time on the dock fishing and 2 nights having a bon fire. Close enough to hit the beach in Detroit Lakes. The kids stayed up late to watch movies and we did not hear a thing from our bedrooms. Good vacation."

"We had a wonderful family vacation. The spacious home was inviting and amenities were nice. We enjoyed the home and saw the largest loon statue and enjoyed the nearby petting zoo. Lake Sybil was like glass and we caught bass and northern. The property was perfect for our young grandkids! Would highly recommend."

"We loved staying at this home, it was such a relaxing weekend hanging out. We brought our own pontoon and the public access to launch was only a few blocks away. We enjoyed so many cruises on the water and even tried some fishing. The location is perfect with Ottertail right there, we also got to visit the Perham Clinic which wasn't that far away. We brought our dogs and they so enjoyed swimming every day, the water was so clear. Thanks again."
