"The apartment is cozy, comfortable and well equipped. Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are okay. The location of the house is spectacular, on first sight, but comes with a few disadvantages. If you found a parking space nearby, you can really relax and enjoy your stay. If not, you are in quite a trouble, especially when you have to carry your baggage. "This is a great hotel within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was large and clean, had a large comfortable bed and a good bathroom. It was also very quiet which is a bonus! Staff were very friendly and informative. Parking was included for an extra charge. We will certainly stay there again when visiting Exeter! "
