"The property was cozy and clean. We especially enjoyed the wood burning stove, hot tub and magnificent view of the creek below. Additionally, the cottage which felt very private and removed from the hustle and bustle of “town” was actually conveniently located just 5 minutes away from Dillard, 20 from Franklin and 15 from Clayton."

"The property was amazing, spacious, quiet, had everything you need for a great vacation.Great location. Nearest grocery store and restaurants 13 minute drive to Franklin, NCSo many wonderful waterfalls nearby 30-40 minute drive.i highly recommend Dry falls, Rufus Falls and Tallulah fall. Smokey mountains Cherokee visiting center is 1 hour drive. Wonderful experience seeing Elk, old farmhouse buildings, clean bathrooms and gift shop.
