"We've spent Christmas holidays 🎄 eve with my family we've stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, we are so happy to stay in Rakuten Villa, we wish to stay again next vacation. "
"Good location for onset. Bathroom smellish and bed linen spotted. All the rest was in order. Staff very helpful. There is no shuttle service to downtown Aizu Wakamatsu."
"The hotel is not a mere typical hotel but including Japanese elements and so on.
You can have amazing Chinese cuisine at dinner and great traditional local food at breakfast at the restaurant.
There is a oxygen capsule, corridor decorated with colorful paint, hot spring(not gorgeous) and sauna- tents(outside, option).

Traditional thatched-roof houses line the historic high street where local vendors sell soba noodles and crafts in this preserved Edo-period post town. Explore the Folk Museum to see authentic farming tools, then hike nearby Mount Takatsue in summer for panoramic views of Minamiaizu's countryside.
"Partner and I shared a room - quite a small space, but totally comfortable for a couple nights!
Everything was very clean and tidy, and staff were very friendly.
There was a smart TV in the room, and good wifi.
They make a good effort for eco-friendliness too!
It’s literally a 1-2 minute walk to Aizuwakamatsu Station, and there are plenty of places to eat in the vicinity. They also offer a complimentary breakfast buffet which is lovely! "
"Convenient location, easy parking, decent breakfast. Only complaint is the bed. It was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Way to hard with no padding. Pillow was also firm and seemed to be filled with a rice-like substance. Not comfortable. "
"If you are looking to experience how Japanese travel, sleep on tatami rooms and eat a good selection of Japanese food. Then this hotel is a good choice. Your room includes a breakfast and dinner buffetes and most people wear the colorful yukata provided by the hotel. The property is a bit out of date but the public bath is quite nice.
Transportation into the city is limited and taxi is about $20 USD"
