"Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."

"We were a large family group renting the property for a week for a reunion. Beautiful, high-design property - tip top shape. Everyone enjoyed the pool, sauna and playground. Adults stayed in the main house and teenagers/young adults in the pool house. Lots of different spaces to gather and also escape for some quiet time. Some wonderful restaurants nearby."

"La maison est grande et confortable : 4 chambres, un grand salon-salle à manger, une cuisine bien équipée, deux salles de bains, un jacuzzi etc. Dans une rue calme, elle est idéalement située pour visiter l'agglomération (Lille, Roubaix, Tourcoing, Belgique). C'est une maison très bien adaptée pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis. "A large soul less showroom flat. No pictures, no tourist information or maps. Everything was extra including having the rubbish removed.so you had to put your rubbish in public rubbish bins. All the appliances were high tech, instructions would have been very useful. When booking a flat we made sure there was outside space. There was a nice space but no furniture. It is a sad, because it was a lovely large flat in a good location. People need to understand the meaning of hospitality"

"I originally had a different hotel booked but changed to this one at the last minute since it was closer to the city center and I read another review saying how it was very close to a parking garage. It ended up being ideally located, especially its proximity to the parking garage. The exit door from the garage is literally across the street (literally a few steps since it isn't a wide street) from the entrance to the hotel! The hotel room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, there was a kitchenette in the room, and it was close enough to walk around the city. If you just need a place to sleep, this is just fine. It's clean, comfortable, and affordable. If you do plan on driving, be aware that the hotel is located in a "low emissions zone" so the vehicle you drive must comply or you can be fined. Google "low emissions zone" and Ghent to fully understand what this means if you plan to drive! I would definitely stay here again."

Budget price great hotel

"Great budget hotel just outside main city centre perfect ideal fir seeing the sights and a stone throw from train station. Rooms are small but are well maintained comfortable and clean great for price point. Checkin was simple easy and hassle free only feedback that i could give was you should be able to prebook parking with a code the street outside is full and costs so need to either have pre booking or place to temp park while you get access to carpark. Other than that small issue the hotel was ideal for the money and staff were spot on . "
