Thank goodness the kind lady at the registration office clarified things for me. I understood that towels/tea towels would be included with the linens, but there was an extra fee for these items. Just a note for mobility challenged guests, the stairs are very steep and narrow."

"Wir hatten wunderschöne 7 Tage und wären am liebsten noch viel länger geblieben. Alles war so unkompliziert und super netten Kontakt gehabt. Klar, ein Boot muss noch extra dazu gebucht werden, dass könnte auch im Haus mit inklusive sein, zumal man das Haus nur über Wasser erreichen kann aber es war auch sehr unkompliziert in Grou eins zu mieten für die Woche, da gibt es genug Boote. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Ausblick in alle 4 Himmelsrichtungen ist Fantastisch. Schöne Bootstouren gemacht...

Vor allem der große stabile Tisch und die gemütlichen Sessel und das Sofa. In der Küche war alles da, so dass wir uns gut selbst versorgen konnten. Vor allem in der Kombination mit den Brötchen an der Rezeption. Toll war auch das Angebot mit den Fahrrädern im Schuppen auch wenn es nicht einfach ist sie...

Nothing student or hostel about the faccilities or staff. Good wifi. Good mattresses. AC, which is only helpful in a brief timeframe this far north but we appreciated having it that stay. The rooms have excellent sound proofing."

"The location was not great for walkers/pedestrians coming from the train station or airport to the Big Market SQ. or the Fish market sq. (Central Business Dist.) Also, there was alot of messy construction outside the front entrance, by the highway/freeway. Great hotel though, especially if you drive or are in GRN for a conference/event at the Martini Arena."
