Set in the forests of the Neblon Valley, this stylish mansion in Néblon-le-Pierreux has 12 bedrooms. It offers a roofed and private indoor swimming pool for refreshing dips and central heating for your comfort.

You can go for walks or ride in the forest at 100 m. The town centre lies at 2 km with restaurants, shops, pubs and many facilities.

The mansion has a unique décor, which is spacious, authentic and comes with modern furnishings. The sitting room also has a fireplace for cosy evenings. Bar is also available. You can bring 2 of your furry friends free of charge here.

For reasons of tranquility, this house is not rented to groups of young people even if there are accompanying persons. Your dogs can stay with you free of charge, however, you need to pay an additional deposit of125 € per dog for the same.

Excellent place to stay for a large family gathering
This is a nice location, with a good layout and a beautiful pool. Needs a refreshment of furniture and appliances.

Meckern auf hohem Niveau
Wir waren mit 15 Erwachsenen und 10 Kindern über ein langes Wochenende in diesem Haus und wir hatten eine großartige Zeit! Der Pool und das wunderschöne Grundstück sind die absoluten Highlights dieses Objekts. Das Haus an sich ist auch sehr schön und groß, die Sanitäranlagen taugen allerdings nicht viel, vor allem die Bäder, die zu den Schlafzimmern im hinteren Haus gehören. Die Duschen sind sehr eng, die Bäder sind winzig und viele in keinem guten Zustand. In manchen Zimmern ging die Klospülung nicht, in anderen kam kein Wasser aus der Dusche. Am schlimmsten aber ist der Geruch, der aus den Abflüssen kommt. Der war teilweise sehr widerlich. Für uns war es tolerierbar, da wir nur zum schlafen in den Zimmern waren. Auch schwierig für uns war, dass der Verwalter nur französisch spricht, was keiner von uns kann. Er ist aber sehr nett, und der Handy-Übersetzer hat uns weitergeholfen. Richtig geärgert habe ich mich über Belvilla, bei denen ich gebucht habe. Das Bettwäsche Paket musste man dazu buchen, für knapp 300€, es gab keine Option, diey zu umgehen. Bei Anreise war allerdings nichts bezogen und der Verwalter sagte, Belvilla hätten ihm nicht Bescheid gesagt, dass wir Bettwäsche wollen. Wir haben dann eine Stunde damit verbracht,Bettwäsche zu zählen, Betten zu beziehen usw!Das war mehr als nervig und sehr ärgerlich, da wir dann auch unsere eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen hätten können und nichts hätten bezahlen müssen! Wenn man nicht penibel ist, ist es hier aber wunderbar

Schöner Kurztrip in traumhafter Lage!
Wir waren eine Gruppe von Vätern, die mit ihren Kindern ein verlängertes Wochenende vor Ort verbracht hat. Für unsere Gruppengröße (12 Erwachsene / 20 Kinder) ideal; alles war sauber, der Pool angenehm war und es hat von der Möblierung und Ausstattung an wenig gefehlt. Tischtennisplatte und Pool waren in reger Nutzung :-) Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es von unserer Seite für das schlechte W-Lan im Haus (die Übertragunsrate war nicht sonderlich gut -> zumal auch ausserhalb des W-Lans in dem Tal, in dem das Haus liegt, kaum Verbindung herrschte). Hier sollte nachgebessert werden. Zudem wäre ein Nebenkosten-Kalkulator hilfreich; bei check In wurde uns ein Betrag von ca. 600,00 Euro in Aussicht gestellt; letztendlich lagen wir bei 820,00 Euro zzgl. Endreinigung / Kurtaxe / Umweltabgabe etc.). Ansonsten klasse Aufenthalt; der Hausmeister, der ebenfalls auf dem Anwesen lebt war sehr freundlich und hat sich trotz der Vielzahl an Leuten auch nicht gestört gefühlt :-)
