"This hotel says it is 4 star hotel. I would definitely not agree. The location is beautiful nature area near the water but the property is in serious need of attention. The immense amount of cobwebs in the pergola covered walking areas and dead vegetation in the gardens was frankly depressing and creepy. The carpet was in need of replacement 20 years ago easily. No A/C in Denmark is normal but what I don't understand is, if you KNOW everyone will have to open the windows, why wouldn't they have...

"Great property. Travelling from Canada, we drove from Copenhagen to Nyborg and decoded to stay here for the night. The staff was very friendly, offered to make us a reservation, and front desk is operational 24 hours a day. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and soft. The wayer pressure in the bathroom was great and the body was really nice: wish i bought a bottle. No shampoo or conditioner. Shower was small but didn't matter to me. "Leider war die uns übermittelte Anschrift nicht korrekt. Erst ein Anruf bei der notfall-Hotline verhalt zur richtigen Adresse. Im Hausflur fehlten einige Fliesen. Das Loch war notdürftig mit Teppich abgedeckt. Die vorbestellte Bettwäsche sollte im 20 km entfernten Büro abgeholt werden, das war aber geschlossen. "Es war traumhaft. Wunderschönes Haus mit viel Platz für große, unterschiedliche Alter Gruppe. Schöne Gemeinschaftsräume und auch Möglichkeit sich zurückziehen.
