Black mold in the bathroom was not nice. Very noisy late at night by other guests. Reception was rarely available due to her running around doing everything.

Nice and clean hotel in the old city. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Only issue was that the old city streets are being remodeled, and we had to park outside of the old city walls.

Very convenient, super close to the train and bus station. Such a beautiful little town. The only downside is that there’s not much restaurants options around the hotel, specially at night, though the restaurant that was open was good and cheap, more options would be good but there’s nothing the hotel can do about it. Would highly recommend

I believe that they give the worst ribs to hotel.com customers! When we reported that our shower leaked and flooded the floor the front desk clerk said “ oh sorry- we knew that but thanks for keen us know!” And our room was next to the elevator!? Seriously- lowest quality rooms!

The hotel was very clean and modern. It's very near the train station, but it's far from the city centre. Walk 12 minutes to the thermal train stop at the end of the Roman bridge.

Horrible the agent said they needed 4 hours to clean the apt when there was no one there before our stay but he made us wait outside for 4 hours on 50 degree weather and very windy the apt was dusty and smelled of smoke. The apt was cold as no heat when the mgr showed up he was busy with his lollipop a real slob he said the heat was furnished by the building which was not true finally I found the heat control fir no reason did we have to wait but because the lollipop slob had orther things to do stay away very unprofessional
