"It is a little further out from the city, but there is a tram stop not even a 10 minute walk away. The staff were brilliant, so attentive and I can’t express how amazing your servers / kitchen team are - always have a smile on their faces, the little “morning, how are you today” really does go a long way :)) The hotel itself is stunning, it has a gym and the rooms / bathrooms are fantastic. 100% would recommend and booking again. "The sink is in the middle of the room and was stinking. The smell could best be described as stool mixed with dry piss. We could not sleep all night. This hotel was supposed to be our resting spot on the way to Holland but we couldn’t get neither rest nor sleep. "

"Our stay was Sat 26 Oct - 27 Oct not as above! A very convenient overnight stay on our way home from Southern Germany. Comfortable, clean and friendly. Two comments made about our overnight stay on our way to South Germany seemed to have been dealt with as we had the chance of an evening meal on arrival and fruit at breakfast the next day. We will stay there again next year as we have done for the past 10 or more years."

"This hotel is wonderful value. Clearly an old building, it has been renovated inside to be open and welcoming. The bathroom in a single room was half the size of the room, with an effective modern shower. The restaurant meal was excellent. The 22 minute drive to industrial Contern was easy, with no traffic to speak of."

"The hotel was undergoing refurbishment, so we didn't stay for breakfast. The room was a good size, comfy bed, clean bathroom. Parking outside front entrance free for 30 minutes, thereafter 1.40 euros for an hour up to 7pm then free until 9am. Public gardens outside and a park across the road, handy for walking our dog. Staff exceptionally helpful went the extra mile to locate a phone charging plug to fit our phones, and generally pleasant. "

"The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely environment that made me wish I had more time to relax there and enjoy breakfast. It offers plenty of parking and is easy to locate. The interior is clean and well-maintained, though I did notice a spider web in the bathroom, and the toiletries were all conditioner—no shampoo or body wash, which may have been a mix-up. The staff were very patient and even suggested some activities in town the next day. If I return to this city, I’d definitely stay here...

"Great place for a relaxing weekend. The staff is absolutely wonderful, professional and kind. We enjoyed our time at the outdoor pool, indoor pool/spa. Rooms were nice, spacious and beds comfortable. Delicious food at the Auberge and the K. Will definitely stay at Domaine de la Klauss again!"
