"We absolutely loved La Culla and Eliza the host. Everything here was perfect. Eliza greeted us and communicated with us through the hotels.com app. She told us about the area, recommend dinner places, and sightseeing. "Overall the hotel was very nice with great customer service. However, the hotel is geared to families even tonan extent of it being a negative. Kids were sitting at the the hotel bar, all night and the kids play area was open early in the morning and late at night making sleeping comfortably nearly impossible. The bed was not great and pillows terrible. Secondly, the hotel didn't take any additional precautions to limit covid conditions, people were coughing with no masks ok the restaurant area...
