The cottage outside is vintage and inside is refurbished and equipped with every thing you might need for a comfortable stay. Our host, Catherine, was delightful and shared lots of local information. Gwyneth was the best host one could ask for, very friendly and helpful throughout my stay and indeed for both settling in and heading out. "We loved this home for the moments we saw it online. Then when we met David, he was very helpful with everything in the home, but also had maps out for Ireland. My family did get sick during our visit and David was on it! I followed him i to town to get medicine for my son and husband. David checked in several times to make sure we were ok, and if we needed a doctor. Thankfully we didnt but having the owners close by meant that we could reach out if we needed anything. "We stayed for a week and highly recommended this place. Its a lovely set-up with a furnace as well as a small conservatory. The location was perfect for reaching multiple destinations from Cork to Kilareny both being about an hour in either direction. The local town has a rich history and is full of shops, pubs, and grocery stores. The hosts were very pleasant and offered useful suggestions and shared some great stories. Would definitely stay again. "
