Expensive Dog Fees

The place is nice, good location. AC unit is ok , it's not hot out yet but will be .and it a low producing unit. However the big thing was a 75 dollar pet fee for my stay!! It wasn't on the hotel information and wasn't explained to me until after I paid for my room!! That is a big no no for me!! After my stay I WILL NEVER stay at any of these hotels!! I work for the federal government and I will make sure people are aware of this policy

An honest opinion

Upon our arrival the Young man at desk Wednesday night was very outgoing and friendly. A great checkin experience. Our first morning there for breakfast was very good, service wise (Thursday, Dec 28) She was exceptional!! 5 star+ Friday and Saturday breakfast service was lacking-this lady did not keep food out for people and wasn’t friendly. We would give her a 1 star. Your food selection was only ok. Regular yogurt selection needs to be better. We did like the chocolate milk. Pool Towels needed to be restocked. Our bed needs replaced-I was told this was being done in January 2024. Bed coverlet and comforter were well worn. We had a suite and kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom needs some repair where water has leaked out and damaged wall. Shower curtain was dirty. Overall staff we interacted with were A+
