"Upon check-in at the hotel, I was asked about my request for a removable showerhead. After a little discussion with the host, I decided that if the room was accessible without a removable showerhead that I should be good. After getting to the room, which was very nice, I discovered that the shower would not suit my needs. I immediately called the front desk, explained the situation, and they gave me a fully accessible room with the removable showerhead. Although I originally said that it wouldn't be a problem, the staff did not get rude, irritated, or treat me like an inconvenience. They were very nice and accommodating. I don't remember the name of the gentleman who originally checked me in, but he and Lizzie made me feel welcomed. I absolutely love this place!"

"My stay was very good. Kitchen and bathroom was very well equipped with everything we needed. There was coffee and creamer in the kitchen which for me was a plus. I did bring my own as i wasn't going to get up in morning and not have my coffee. This is a place that i will stay at again if i need 2 bedrooms."
