"Pool was clean, as was the house. Kitchen was very well equipped. The location was perfect, close to a couple restaurants and grocery stores, we were able to easily walk to both. Would stay there again. "

"We stayed at this property April 21-26 and have nothing but positive things to say. From the moment we walked in the door we knew our holiday would be one to remember. There were 7 adults in our group and more than enough space for everyone. All the bedrooms were spacious with ensuites which was a huge bonus. Beds and linens were great. The kitchen was well stocked with left over spices and oils for us to use. There were two fridges which were perfect for drinks and food. No shortage on space...

"this is one of my favorite places I have stayed in Saint Martin. The views were absolutely tremendous. The caretakers were very informative and went through the entire house Upon arrival, the pool was amazing and the ability to jump in the ocean right off the back of the house was even better. Living room opened up to the pool, deck and swimming area. They had plenty of living space outside on the deck and you were able to watch an Unbelievable sunset from the house every day. "Pros: Check in process was easy. The house had a great layout and easy for entertaining. There were plenty of pool towels. The house felt secure. The dining room table had plenty of seating. 10 pool lounge chairs available (more than the 8 listed). Things I would want to know: The photos do not accurately reflect the current state of the property. New living room furniture (seats 6 – 8). Turn the alcove furniture around to make more seating. There is no outdoor table anymore (2 picnic table). ...

"Perfect Villa for our family of 6 adults and one 4 year old. Housekeeper Catherine does a great job maintaining the Villa and is also a wonderful chef. She prepared and served a four course Thanksgiving dinner that we all loved. A few problems with air conditioning and the hot tub were handled by the property manager Pierre as well as could be expected. Villa needs to upgrade beach chairs but otherwise is very well equipped. We’ll definitely be back!"
