"It was perfectly located with nice views over the marina and pedestrian bridge. Spacious, well equipped. Check in was straightforward. Staff pleasant. We are likely to stay there again."
"Room was ok but needed a hoover. Not been done for a few days. Towels and bedding were clean. Breakfast was included in price, but failed to mention not a hot meal. Cereals, yogurt and toast only. Cooked breakfast was extra. No mention of this when booking. Staff were pleasant. Room with balcony had very good views. No venue parking, just in the public car park across the way. Overall 3/5. "
"Not a bad place, room was a nice size with comfy bed, tea/coffee making, nice bathroom.

Good bar and restraunt.
Staff very friendly and helpful."

Norton House Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Thus is a second visit. Staff are fantastic. We had lovely breakfasts with goodcquality bacon and sausage. There is a large carpark which is a huge asset as parking in Mumbles is always tricky. It is a charming hotel and I hope they never change it."
"Our stay in September was spoilt by the strong smelling mouldiness and a very musty smell. The property had not been cleaned properly for sometime with mould around the front bay window and woodwork was also mouldy. Under the bed was a thick layer of dust.
Also we had problems with the water heater continually going off. Our attempts to have all this rectified were dealt with in a very poor manner. We were promised a partial refund weeks ago and this has not been honoured by Stay Gower. It appears we are not the only ones who have had both of these same problems in this property."
"It was a lovely modern property with nice beds and great kitchen. The seating area outside was great.
Very central location.
Parking is a bit of a pain as the nearby car parks are very expensive (£17/24hr v Swansea which are £5/24hr). No nearby free street parking. Mumbles is a very busy place.
If you’re a light sleeper I’d advise earplugs as we found it quite noisy.
Excellent communication from host and all in all a great place to stay whilst visiting the area
