Séjour entre amis
Notre séjour à été une belle expérience pleine de randonnées avec des paysages superbes. Les gens des alentours sont tous adorables et c’est ce que je retiendrais le plus. La vue du chalet sur les montagnes, tellement dépaysant. Nous avions besoin de calme et d’un bon bol d’air et c’est tout à fait ce que nous avons trouvé.

Heerlijk vakantiechalet aan de piste bij het sleepliftje Clos du pré. Deze brengt je zo richting de gondel voor Alpe d’huez of de andere gondel richting Vaujany. We komen er nu al meerdere jaren terug, dat zegt wel iets. Het slaapkamertje boven is wel erg laag, eerder geschikt voor kinderen dan volwassenen. Verder werkt alles uitstekend en kun je met een groep van max 8 personen een fijn vakantieverblijf hebben. Skiverhuur en skischool (esf) zijn van goede en vriendelijke kwaliteit. Het centrum van het skistation is op 5 a 10 minuten lopen en heeft een bakker en een kleine supermarkt, wat restaurants en diverse skiverhuur.

Très bon séjour
Très bon séjour, le chalet est très fonctionnel, parfaitement situé, la station d'Oz en Oisans à taille humaine est très agréable. Dès que nous avons eu besoin de quelque chose, le gérant a répondu et solutionné immédiatement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Peu de valeur ajoutée toutefois s'agissant de la prestation imposée de draps à 15euros/p (hors serviettes), qui consistait à recevoir un paquet de linge propre à notre arrivée et de faire les lits nous même... ce qui revient à peu de chose près au même que d'apporter les siens.

Het huis ziet er van buiten goed uit, ook bij binnenkomst valt de zaak mee, maar ...
Het huis ziet er van buiten goed uit, ook bij binnenkomst valt de zaak mee, maar in de kamers komen dan toch de verrassingen. Zo zijn daar kasten met geen enkele schap erin. Je kunt dus alleen dingen ophangen en dat is vreemd, je moet dus grotendeels leven vanuit je koffer. Op de zolder is zelfs helemaal geen kast te vinden en lijkt het verblijf op kamperen in een nauwe tent, want je kunt er niet anders dan bukkend verblijven omdat je steeds je kop stoot aan een van de balken. De keuken was voorzien van een elektrische kookplaat, in principe geen bezwaar, maar de koekenpannen waren niet geschikt voor het koken op elektra, dus die stonden bol en maakten slecht contact. De verlichting in de afzuigkap was kapot en als je de verlichting boven de aanrecht aandeed en tegelijkertijd de afzuigkap op hoger niveau liet zuigen, viel deze verlichting uit en bleef of koken in het donker over of een standje lager van de afzuigkap.! Bij verblijfskosten van meer dan 4500 euro mag je verwachten dat alles op orde is en wil je geen ontbrekende knoppen op kastdeuren, kapotte lampen, kasten zonder legplanken en een haperende afzuigkap. De verplichte schoonmaakkosten à 90 euro, leiden bij ons niet tot een schone binnenkomst. Er was een visueel lapje doorheen gehaald en de keuken was vet van de aanslag. Stofzuigen werd gedaan met de natte vinger en de kamers op zolder waren zonder meer stoffig. Met een maandopbrengst van bijna 20.000 euro krijgt dit verblijf van mij een dikke onvoldoende. De omgeving was prachtig en het skigebied helemaal oké. De Fransen zijn zeer toegankelijk en de prijzen zijn zeer redelijk voor Franse begrippen, daarover waren wij tevreden.

Mooi verblijf met hindernissen
Prachtig gelegen en met een fantastisch uitzicht. Inrichting van het huis minimaal, keukengerei zeer beperkt, douches ok. TV functioneerde slechts af en toe, geen wasmachine. Toegang via zeer stijl looppad, zou je vooraf moeten weten. Auto kan niet bij het huis komen om bagage uit te laden. Parkeerplaats op 300 meter. Typisch wintersport verblijf voor 1 week, voor verblijf voor zomergasten 2 - 3 weken zijn betere voorzieningen nodig.

Property is great and right next to the button lift which is great. A short ski down and one more lift takes you to the well known Alpe D'Huez ski area. It lacks some of the homely features of other places I have stayed in, which probably reflects that it is owned by a company rather than an individual. The fourth bedroom on the mezzanine has a very low ceiling. There is no DVD player. When we questioned it we were told that it shouldn't have been in the brochure! Wifi didn't work either and we were told that the whole resort had the same problem. However the bar (recommended, 2 minutes walk) had blisteringly fast wifi. Overall - great holiday.
