Staff were incredibly nice and helpful when needed. They helped with parking (valet), luggage brought to our room, concierge helped with local restaurants and site seeing. Hotel itself and room were incredible and clean. You also couldn’t hear other rooms. Spa was conveniently located in the hotel, a little pricey but amazing phenomenal service & experience.

The AC is old and loud, no complimentary bottle water for 4 stars hotel, overall I don’t think this hotel should rated as a 4 stars hotel.
