We stayed during their off season and many of the hotel amenities were not available for use including the jacuzzi, pool bar, gym, and sauna which we were not made aware of prior to booking. I arrived by Peru Hop bus at 5 am in the morning and they checked me in for half of the price which I was happy at the end and I swop breakfast for that morning as I was leaving next day at 3 am for Colca canyon trek. Beautiful grounds with lots of common spaces (both indoors and outdoors) to sit and relax, enjoyed the free yoga class and was easy to organise tours etc. Staff were lovely and helpful and it was clear the hostel was well taken care of. Good location - the main plaza was a short walk away. A few notes on the dorms… one bathroom for a 12 bed dorm wasn’t enough (even just a sink in the room would’ve been helpful) and the bed lockers/under bed storage weren’t big...
