"booked through Expedia and payable at resort option chosen, while check out time they charged more than promised by Expedia, while asked they told me that taxes extra applicable by reception, after done the payment i checked again through with expedia they told taxes included in the amount promised, later the resort voided the first transaction and again they swiped me. so its took long time to do the check out process and wrong charges done by resort as well need to be trained staffs on this...

"We stayed at Akkandi veedu for one night during late March. Upon our arrival, we were warmly received by one of the staff there. (Forgot her name. May be, Radha? Rama?) She sent the bell boy to get our luggage upstairs (There are no elevators.). The WiFi was great. The dinner was very good (freshly prepared onsite). It cost us around 920 rupees for 3 of us. "One of the best hotel in Tamil Nādu. Their service and friendly environment is equal to European or American hotels. Caring and friendly Staff at the front desk are excellent. So far I have recommended this hotel to two of my friends who will be traveling in the coming months. They are going to open up their restaurant next month.
