This relaxing Pacific Ocean getaway sits just a couple blocks from one of the most stunning beaches on the coast. The Pelican Brewery is less than half a mile and the tip of Cape Kiwanda is just beyond that.

Inside you will find all new décor throughout. Everything was procured to create a warm and inviting stay with beachy vibes. The open floor plan layout is perfect for families and groups to enjoy each other and all the property as to offer. The kitchen has been fully stocked for all your culinary needs and there is a propane BBQ for your grilling desires. Head on out to the back patio to rest and relax in between your adventures around the region.

There is one bedroom downstairs while the other two are upstairs. They are quite spacious and the furnishings are a perfect blend of comfort and style. You will be hard pressed to find a more complete and enjoyable home in the region.

Pacific City is a gorgeous beach town that is a perfect spot for surfing, shelling or strolling the sandy beach. The city is famous for a beautiful hike up the sand dune by The Pelican Pub and there is a great collection of shops, restaurants and galleries that add a vibrant feel to the town. Don't hesitate to make the Beachcomber Retreat your home while you visit.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Wonderful house in great location
The house, beds, and amenities were outstanding. Plus, the neighborhood has an abundance of paved walking paths and it is very quiet in terms of traffic and noise. My wife and I felt right at home and highly recommend this place.

Thought you should know, Smoke alarm upstairs went SCREAMING off and we had to go outaide and sit in our car. They had to come qith a ladder to get it down. Should be on the wall insread of a 10 ft ceiling. KEURIG DIDNT WORK AND DOORS WON'T LOCK.

Very comfortable. Nicely and cleverly decorated. Beds clean and comfortable. Kitchen equipped with sufficient dinnerware and cooking pans and serving dishes. The windows looked like they didn't get spring cleaning. The carpet looked as if had some amount of use since the last cleaning. Overall a PLEASANT home away from home.!

Lovely and Cozy Stay
We loved the "flip on" fireplace on the first two days of rainy weather, and loved the beach, deck and bikes for the last two days of sunshine. The house was very clean and very well stocked. The kitchen was well organized and the beds and furniture were comfy. Thanks for a nice family getaway.

Property as described. Well appointed to enjoy your stay, beautiful home. Appreciated the small gift left on counter for us. Walking path right behind house that was perfect for walking the dogs and easy access to beach. One small issue was with the washer and dryer not working, we travel light and ran out of clean clothes expecting to be able to wash clothes during the week. We received an email saying don't use in the middle of our stay but no further correspondance on fixing it. Spring Getaway
This is a wonderful beach rental. Very clean. Within easy walking distance of the beach, Pelican Brewery, a coffee shop, small market and a tacos/burgers place. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots, pans, etc, for cooking meals. It was an easy drive to Lincoln City. Beds were very comfortable. It was quiet. The gas fireplace was cozy. I would definitely book it again.

Very comfortable house in a quite neighborhood
We enjoyed this clean, comfortable house that is just a short walk to the dunes and ocean. Easy walking distance to restaurants and beach. Wish we could have checked in earlier than 5:00 p.m.

Stayed at this property for 10 Days in early March. It was a really awesome place to stay. House was extra clean, needed nothing. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed, I like to cook. Used the barbecue one evening & it cooked a nice steak. House was very warm & comfortable with a thermostat in every room. No complaints, wood gladly stay here or in another Itrip property, they were very easy to deal with.
