Lover's Point 6 - Pacific Grove Townhome - Oceanfront Lovers Point

Spectacular ocean and sunrise views of Lover’s Point Beach and the entire Monterey Bay await you in this coveted corner unit. Swim, dive or kayak at Lover's Point across the street: white sandy beach, volleyball court, snack bar, restaurant, and picnic area.
And once you're completely relaxed, Pacific Grove is convenient to an amazing range of activities on the Peninsula. Within minutes you can be touring scenic 17-Mile Drive, hiking to secluded Big Sur beaches and Point Lobos, horseback riding, deep-sea fishing or whale watching.
Play golf at the oceanside Pacific Grove Golf Course, affectionately known as a "budget-minded alternative" to Pebble Beach, or stroll down the coastal recreation trail just outside your front door and commune with seals and sea otters. The shops and restaurants of downtown Pacific Grove are just three blocks away. A longer walk or short drive will take you to Cannery Row, Fisherman’s Wharf, downtown Monterey or Carmel by the Sea.
The well-equipped kitchen features maple cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless GE Profile appliances. Cable television and BluRay DVD players are provided (the 60" TV in the living room has DVR), as is high speed internet access.
Bedrooms are furnished with king and queen beds flanked by reading lamps, as well as flat screen TVs. The lower bath has a granite vanity with dual sinks and a shower over tub. The unit is heated by central forced air and includes a GE SpaceMaker front-loading washer and gas dryer. Carport parking behind a security gate is conveniently located near the entrances to the complex.
This "townhouse style" dwelling accommodates up to four guests and features exterior stairs to the second level entrance. The living room, dining area, kitchen and a half bath are on the entry level; two bedrooms and the full bath are downstairs at ground level. There is a small deck off of the living room that frames picture postcard views of Lover’s Point and the Monterey Bay.

Great location
We stayed Lover's point 6 and it was wonderful. You know what they say in real estate.... Location, location, location and it was spot on. Great views of Monterey bay and walking distance to Lighthouse Avenue for fabulous coffee shops, galleries and restaurants. Not to be missed is the Pacific Grove Butterfly Sanctuary.

Beautiful Ocean View
We loved the location of this property! Besides the stunning views, restaurants and boutiques were within walking distance. Having a living room/dining room/kitchen/half bath on one floor and two bedrooms/full bath on another floor was a very nice setup for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Monterrey Wedding
The perfect home base to attend a destination wedding… close to everything! Very clean and the kitchen was well appointed, for what we needed. Comfortable beds & well stocked with towels & linens. Our only complaint was a strong musty odor, we’re assuming from the carpet. Luckily we were able to open the doors & windows a lot during our stay, but it was pretty off putting.

This place is exceptional..as soon as we walked through the doors the views of Monterey bay were breathtaking..the condo itself had everything you would need..Bring your own beach supplies as there were only 2 beach chairs in closet.. other than that we will sure be back to lovers point #6

Great location and top-rate accommodation!
With almost 180 degree view of the wonderful Pacific Grove coast line, and beautiful furnishings, this property is certainly five star! The kitchen was fully stocked, the furniture and beds were extremely comfortable! Our only complaint is that there was one blind panel missing in one of the bedrooms that made changing a challenge, since the bedroom was on the street-level. Otherwise, perfect!

Lovely. Perfect weather, location, so many opportunities to walk to and also drive to that were close. Beds were very comfy. View is incredible. Kitchen is stocked with plates, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, bowls. No measuring tools - cups, measuring spoons, so if you need for cooking- bring your own. No cheese grater.... would have grated before hand if I would have known. Downstairs seemed a bit musty smelling and carpet felt slightly damp... BUT,,,, All in all it is a wonderful place to stay.

Comfortable unit in superb location with 180 degree ocean views. Could be better equipped; kleenex, more blankets, stopper for sink. Small items that make a stay during COVID when some of us are staying in and eating in more often, just a bit more comfortable. We would definitely return.

Incredible view and great walkable location!
We just spent 5 nights here. Had amazing weather! Great location for ease of walking to tons of restaurants, coastal trail that goes for miles just at your doorstep. VERY clean property, well maintained. If you run cold, bedrooms are downstairs and upstairs is much warmer. Bring a space heater, otherwise, upstairs is too hot to enjoy if you heat bottom floor too much. Also, front bedroom faces a busy street since Lover's Point is a natural treasure...it pretty much quiets down at night, but if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Family Wedding Get-Away
My husband & I along with another couple stayed at this property for 4 nights. In town for a family wedding. The process of booking and getting in was easy with all the access codes. It is a beautiful area with wonderful views. Directly across from Lover’s Point. There was a lot of road construction/sidewalk being done which made it a little difficult to drive our rental (SUV) & difficult (but able) to maneuver into the covered parking spot. Must be able to do stairs to get in & then to bedrooms. Was very clean. Perfect for us!

There's not many places where you can spot whales from your living or dining room - that's what we found with this fantastic property. In addition to the almost 180 degree view of the coastline, the property offered maximum comfort and beautiful furnishings, such as tiffany lamps, wonderful wall art, a huge tv, fully equipped kitchen, amazingly comfortable beds, and plenty of clean towels. Absent a missing blind pane on the bedroom window that made us seek certain parts of the room when changing, the place was absolutely perfect, and we would highly recommend it!

A Serene Getaway with Picturesque Views at Lovers Point
We recently stayed at a charming condo in a tranquil neighborhood, offering breathtaking views of Lovers Point. The property, true to its online portrayal, was a perfect retreat for our family of three. The layout was thoughtfully designed, featuring separate bedrooms and a living space, ensuring privacy and comfort. One of the highlights was the captivating scenery visible right from our window or from the balcony, providing endless entertainment and relaxation. The condo's interior was cozy and welcoming. Both the beds and the couch were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchen and dining area were well-equipped, catering to all our culinary needs with ease. The onsite trash was convienent as well. Speaking of location, this condo is a gem! It's ideally situated for exploring the best of the area - Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel by the Sea, and the iconic 17 Mile Drive, along with other quaint local towns. The convenience of having designated parking added to the stress-free experience. Safety and security were never a concern during our stay. We felt completely at ease in this peaceful setting. This condo isn't just a place to stay; it's a place to live, even if just for a short while. It's perfect for those seeking a blend of comfort, convenience, and beauty. We're would love to return.

Predatory Pricing and False Advertising by Monterey Bay Rentals
Property was priced appropriately for the area on the VRBO with a 12% hotel tax adder. Monterey Bay Rentals doubled the pricing, took my cc information from the VRBO website and sent me an invoice that showed "paid in full", not disclosing that their rental reservation fee was not the VRBO fee. VRBO then sent me and additional funds request after I received the fully paid invoice/receipt from MBR. I'm still waiting for MBR to refund the rental reservation fee that VRBO said they were to extend me and that they would reimburse the fee to VRBO. ALSO, THE WINDOW COVERINGS FOR THE LIVING AREAS ARE SEVERELY AGED AND ARE READY TO BREAK AT ANY MINUTE. THE PROPERTY HAS 1980s APPOINTMENTS AND THEY ARE NOT MAINTAINED. The property does NOT meet ADA standards and is high risk for usage by 80 year old's like myself. Only one full bath for 4 adults......property listed as two baths.

Perfect Location and Comfortable Condo
If one were to look up the real estate definition of "Location, Location, Location", THIS property would be used to accurately define the meaning! While Lover's Point itself is an attractive destination for locals and tourists, this condo gives you a front seat view!! The condo itself was comfortably appointed including both beds. The parking was convenient and secure, as was the property itself. And the immediate surrounding offerings were all very close including walking distance to Old Town PG, easy access to Cannery Row eateries and attractions, as well as, walking/hiking trials and 17 Mile Drive/Pebble Beach resort properties. Heck Carmel-By-The-Sea is only 18 minutes away. Everything about this property was welcoming, relaxing and pretty much perfect. However, there's always one thing...the TV's operation were a bit confusing as there weren't any directions, and 1 of the 3 wouldn't connect at all. I must admit that I wasn't there to watch TV, as one would want to enjoy the waterfront view but this feature could have been better. I would definitely rent this property again!!!
