"Initially put into room 4, lovely smaller room with everything we required. Power went out a few times so management put us into room 46, which was larger and lovely. Verandah overlooking the pool. Absolutely lovely! We lost the key twice (found both times!) and the owner was very helpful with assistance. Would highly recommend staying here! "

"Place was great to stay at, receptionists were helpful and friendly. They went the extra mile for us. It was our anniversary and had two young kids, they setup a cot for us and provided us with complimentary champagne. Great restaurants within walking distance. Their pool is to die for, very large, warm and clean you can swim without getting cold. The place is also very clean and maintained. The only improvement I would suggest is their showers whilst not dirty definitely require a deep scrub/clean, visible mold and yellowing tiles which makes it feel a bit gross. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Hervey Bay"
