We didn’t stay long enough to use the pool or hang out much, but the property was clean and staff was friendly. The ice machine was broken unfortunately which was a bummer. The stay here was great!

Loved the location! Within walking distance of all the restaurants in town. Hotel desk staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Bathroom clean. Bed comfortable. TV easy to use. The ice machine was broken. Behind the rooms it looked like a junkyard. Abandoned vehicles. Mattresses, washing machine, hot water heater, furniture, etc. Pool was cold.

The staff were fine; however, the property itself needs pretty much a complete redo. From the appeared to be longtime broken hot tub, sand on bottom of pool (did not get in), to long abandoned car on side of motel with four flat tires and moss growing under it. Pretty ghetto - their rates are too high for what you are getting. Can't say much for Packwood either - they want your money, but can hardly be nice about it. They want you to tip big for overpriced food and mediocre service. Spend your money elsewhere! Ashford seems better, stay there.

Everything as advertised. Had an immediate reply to check in early. Very accommodating. Probably, biggest negative would be no comfortable chair to relax in. There was metal small dining chair for the small dining table and a metal outdoor chair.

beautiful view of Mt Rainier from the balcony, easy walk to coffee, restaurants, brew pub, grocery store. Easy check-in. Friendly staff. only comment is in-room refrigerator was really noisy and didn't keep my beverages cold. (in hindsight, I should have unplugged it for better sleep.)

Staff at check in was very helpful and personable. Older property in mountains with wonderful view of My. Rainer. We also saw lots of elk at the back of the property.

The staff was spectacular! This property is an older property, but nestled in an area that is breathtaking. They are kind and willing to help you with your needs. If you’re not looking for a Hilton, this place is for you certainly it is dated, but they do the best they can to keep it up, the bed in room nine was comfortable and the view was breathtaking.

Service exceeded expectations
Customer service was 110%. Especially Jessy- so sweet. Extra effort before we arrived to get us friends close together. Very friendly and eager to help us have a great time. This is an older place, and right off a busy (noisy) road, but as long as you know that going in, you will have a nice stay. The bed was very comfortable and the kids loved the pool!!
