Quite breathtaking when you see the pool and the beach through the large glass doors when you have a tour on check in . "Excellent experience and stay. We stayed at the Rainforest Chalet with the dinner included. it was awesome to see the monkeys right outside your door. The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant and staff specifically at the Beach Brasserie were amazing. From the service to the food to the drinks. The private beach was so nice, sand was soft and water was warm. The swim up bar at the pool is a plus. We wish we would have stayed more days."

"Very close to airport.( walkable). Our transport was delayed ) depavali weekend and we did not realise at the time how close the hotel was to the airport. Only issue or criticism was the tiles around the pool area. They were very slippery when they you were in bare feet or wearing thongs. Apart from that our stay was first class. "

"Didi and his wife treated us nicely all the way and supported us with helpful information all over the trip and even beyond. The place was super clean and the breakfast superior. We even got a nice Motobike ride with our boy in the village. They also rent bikes to trip around the island or support with long time taxi over the day."

"The location is beautiful and understandable that it is in an ancient rainforest, however it doesn’t excuse the mould in some of the rooms or the hair that was clogging the sinks and showers. On arrival we decided to have lunch as they prepped our room, we found flies in our salads, not one but three. We had a 1.5 year old with us, so you can only imagine our shock when the room smelt of damp. They finally agreed to changing our room to only find more damp growing even on the pictures displayed...

"Overall a very disappointing stay for my family and I wouldn't recommend the resort to anyone who appreciates good hospitality. The good about this place: Nothing memorable really, maybe except the nice uniforms of the receptionists. The bads: 1) Late check-in at 4pm on day of arrival; 2) Room wifi signal was almost non existent; 3) Both lifts were not working for most of the time we were there, making it a challenge for the elderly people and children with us.
