"Carol was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome upon arrival. We got to pat one of her adorable dogs and see cute sheep out the window every day. Lovely place to stay if you like quiet and a rural location! Some of the roads close to the cottage are one way just to bare in mind and we had deer crossing where the woods are one night (which we were very excited to see!), so please drive carefully. Cottage was nicely decorated and comfortable, and with a smart TV which was an added bonus!...

"This is a great alternative to a city centre hotel, the cottage is very clean, quiet and within a short walk to all the attractions of Canterbury. I stayed with my wife and 2 children and we had all we needed for the weekend. Lindsay was a great host and communication was quick. We had no issues at all during our stay and would recommend this cottage."

"This is a quirky old cottage situated in a beautiful and quiet part of Deal, very close to the beach and cycling/walking opportunities. We enjoyed many walks, cycle rides and swims as a result. "The property is in a lovely holiday park and the surrounding area is great. The property itself is comfortable and fairly well equipped. The problem is that small changes could make it better. The tv is shocking, needs a new cable. I did contact the owner who said he would look in to it but this never happened. One of the mattresses in the twin room needs changing desperately, it completely sags in the middle and is not comfortable. There is also an electricity meter you have to feed £1 coins in...
