Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We booked this property in September 2023 and were deeply disappointed by the owner’s response when we had to cancel. Tragically, we lost our baby boy at the same time as our planned stay, and we reached out to explain our situation. Rather than showing any compassion, the owner refused to offer a refund—something that would have been the decent and humane thing to do. Instead, we were told we could rebook during the low season, as if planning a holiday was remotely on our minds after such a devastating loss. It’s now over a year and a half later, and we still haven’t been away. Their response showed a complete lack of empathy and understanding, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone who values kindness and basic human decency.
