Great property, but improvements needed to the stay experience
The property itself is great, it's location is perfect. An ideal base for using the beaches of Treyarnon and Constantine. It's nice that the room set-up includes 2x en-suite bedrooms. The kitchen is large enough size that you don't have to rely on local take-aways and restaurants entirely.
There were also some slightly negative aspects of the stay worth mentioning.
1. The kids bedroom window blind fell off the wall the very first time it was touched (it would not reattach without the need for tools). We were not offered someone to come out and repair/replace it when we raised this.
2. One of the sun loungers on the terrace was broken and unusable. It looked as though it had been in that condition for some time. It would have been better to either remove or replace it.
3. The major kitchen appliances all had no instructions for use provided - some were unclear on how to use. We also found that the oven doesn't heat properly (when trying to cook our first dinner there).
4. The double bed mattress is not in good shape. It was hard in the middle and slightly collapsed on either side towards the bed edges. Wife had a horrendous bad back by the end of the week.
5. Some of the window and balcony doors had handles that were either very stiff of didn't work at all.
Our stay here was positive overall, but we would definitely want these negative issues resolved before we would choose to stay again.
