"Property as described and very secure and beautiful setting. Communication with host excellent but did not meet face to face during 11 night stay. Personal touch of an in person welcome would have been nice but not essential. No welcome pack, which we typically experience - just to get started, we were originally due to arrive on a Sunday evening and it would have been very difficult to get essentials for first day. Getting in and out to Perugia easy with Public transport links and parking in...

"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this quaint apartment. The host was easy to contact and gave us a rundown on all the sites and best places to eat in Assisi. The beds were comfortable. Lots of dining choices and sightseeing all within easy walking distance. Our only complaint is we were a little bit cold. I should have had the host explain the thermostat before he left! "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Laura's Assisi apartment. The apartment was roomy and included all the things we would need from home. Laura was very responsive to any questions we had. We appreciated the parking she provided. The locations was excellent. We easily walked everywhere. We also found this to be a perfect location as our home base for a number of day trips to nearby places such as Orvieto, Loreto, Sienna and Perugia. We were sad to leave after the week. We would definitely stay here...

"We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was as described and the apartment was clean and comfortable and well stocked with basic amenities. It was located near to the centre of town and the bus station which made getting around quite easy. Andrea was very helpful and responsive when we needed his advice and even offered to drive us to the airport when it looked as if our taxi wasn't going to turn up. Perugia is a lovely city and we hope to come again and stay in Andrea's apartment....

"A very central location, which was a great size for our family of 2 kids and 2 adults. The manager had good communication with us and everything went smoothly. The property is on the 3rd floor with no lift. That was fine for us, but if you don’t like steps, you might not like it!"

"My husband and I are visiting Italy to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. One of the places we always wanted to visit was Assisi. Being in our flat was like going back in time. The stonework was beautiful and gave it such a uniqueness. Also a bonus was the closeness of the different sites we wanted to see. 11 minutes to the tomb of St. Francis, 4 mins to St Clare, 1 mins to Blessed Carlos Acutis and daily mass! "Very clean, Sara was in communication all the time. The last set of stairs is narrow and a bit steep, so watch your step, especially if you have a suitcase. Shouldn't deter. I think if the property has wifi it would be a good thing. "

"We arrived very late and welcomed with a lovely fruit tart and coffee as a welcome for breakfast. Location was peaceful and apt was beautifully designed and comfortable. We communicated very easily with host and got to meet her when checking out which was nice. A great 2- night stay!"
