"The house is a charming old house with all the aminities one needs. Every day the pool is cleaned by Gabrielle, a very nice old man. The house is beautifully located in the hills above de valey of Spoleto and in fact on the pilgrims road between Spoleto and Assisi. We made some beautiful walks. "Ligging is fantastisch en zeker met honden heel fijn. Alles omheind, ook de toegang naar rivier en waterval Het huisje is prima maar basic. Als je slecht weer hebt geen bank of comfortabele stoelen. Douchen is het beste onder de waterval want er is weinig druk. "Lovely hill top setting in this restored castle village. The apartment is very pretty, and we enjoyed the pool and a soothing spa treatment. The kitchen is small but has what you need. We cooked several times, and dined out several time. L'Abbazia restaurant was a wonderful dining experience. (Loc. "We stayed for just one night in the "Lu Magazzi". It was a beautiful room and looked like it had been very recently built. Everything was spotlessly clean and new. We enjoyed the breakfast with all the home produced products. We particularly loved the Torta di noci (Walnut cake). The owner provided helpful suggestions on nearby places to eat - all a short drive away in the next village. Such an idilic quiet place to stay if you are exploring the Sibilini mountains. Hearing a Eurasian scops owl calling its mother added to the atmosphere of staying on this farm."

"we all loved the property. It was just what we wanted an authentic Italian farmhouse to relax and refresh in. The pool was well maintained by a local who checked in everyday to see that things were Ok. We had everything we needed and would recommend this property if you want to enjoy a slice of real Italy away from crowds and the usual Tourist spots.Fantastic views and a stunning location."

"Loved the staff and property. Everything I thought it would be. Hiccups with WiFI but I wasn't surprised considering the area. Had several of the terme treatments, well worth it and will do it again! Alessandra at receiption was amazing! The continental breakfast was very good, cured meats, cheeses, yogurt and fruit, great bread and sweets! "
