Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property is located in a quiet, lit, and safe area. The condo was very clean, in a great location and accommodating. I would stay there again and highly recommend it. The only thing I caution about are the stairs that you need to go up and down to get to the two bedrooms and second bathroom. This is, if you have little ones or have a walking handicap. On the only negative, is that one of the fans to the bedroom was not in working condition. It would have come in handy in helping to stay cool.

Very clean, well-stocked, convenient location. Only suggestion is that unit needs AC during hot 90 degree days & that the loft be enclosed for more privacy. Otherwise great place!

The condo was not horribly dirty, but when we arrived the beds had been slept in and we stayed up till 2 am washing them. One of the bathrooms had used soaps and towels laying around. It was a smaller space and Just was not what we expected!

Great little condo for my family and I to enjoy a quick getaway over spring break!
Property was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay here. The temperature was a little tricky to regulate, but thankfully we could sleep with the window cracked and it was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a great family getaway.
