Plan family style meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with ample counter space, cookware, serving utensils, and all major appliances including a dishwasher. Enjoy casual downtime and evening entertainment in the great room with a massive smart TV for streaming shows or movies. A loft living area comes furnished with a dedicated desk and sofa- perfect for quiet reading or remote work needs. Perks include complimentary internet access and a private washer/dryer combo.

The ground-floor primary suite includes a private bathroom with a separate shower and jetted soaking tub and an attached sunroom equipped with baseboard heating and furnished for all-season enjoyment. Two upstairs bedrooms share access to a second full bathroom. An a half-bath on the ground floor provides additional household convenience.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
