Tarra, Devan, and Cannon made the trip out to Pagosa Hotsprings absolutely perfect. The sights are beautiful, the pools are so relaxing, the spa on-site is so friendly. But best of all? Devan and Cannon went out of their way to make us girls feel welcome and special. I appreciate all of the hard work they put into just making sure that we had a good time at this resort. Thank you guys for making a birthday trip so much more enjoyable!! Devan did NOT have to go out of his way for us, but he did. That shows you how attentive and kind the staff here is. You will NOT regret giving this resort a visit. The on-site spa is TO DIE FOR. Jordyn, Christy, Jen, and Lisa are so friendly, skilled, and just made our wellness retreat 100x better. PLEASE visit the spa for a service, you are going to LOVE it. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Excellent hot spring, convenient location and friendly staff. I stayed in classical room which is 2 star motel quality with old furnishings. Since my primary objective is hot spring, I am happy with the experience. In addition, hotel restaurant food quality is only average.

Tarra welcomed us warmly. We sat down in the check in process which I found very unique and comfortable! I checked in at Ritz-Carlton before and I was standing up! Main building was pretty. Most hotel rooms were detached motel 6 ish. Spas were beautiful in appearance, but a large amount of dead skin floating in hot pools. Wish they were filtered somehow. Fresh water flowed in them slowly though.

Worth it for night time access to springs
Some of the rooms are definitely in need of an upgrade, but it seems like they are working toward that. It looked like a new building was being constructed so hopefully they will refresh older rooms next.
