"This is a wonderful hotel. Spacious, comfortable and quiet rooms. And excellent restaurant with views over Torbay. The bar has an outside patio that also offers stunning views. The pool is great with steam room, jacuzzi and saunas. There is a secluded pebble beach next to the hotel that's very pleasant. Our only issue is that the car park is too small and the spaces are also too thin for modern cars. A very minor issue though."

"A really friendly reception for me and my dog. Great breakfasts. The hotel is clearly a bit tired in places and perhaps a "work very much in progress", but it is very clean, convenient and good value for money. Dining and bar areas really nice, less so my actual room which needs updating. Heating timings very odd: too hot at 11pm and cold at 8am! I didn't know until I arrived that the dinner options are not available out of season. "
