"Quick and easy check in for our three night stay. Our room was downstairs with a sea view but we had a lot of road noise as we were the closest to the road. The room was spacious and had everything we needed although will be better once refurbished which I understand is a work in progress. The bathroom is a little small and the fan which comes on when the light is turned on is very noisy. "I was traveling for work and wanted a safe and quiet place to stay. The Anchorage was perfect for my needs. I enjoyed my overnight stay, and I appreciated its convenient location from a variety of dining options within walking distance and right across from the beach. I will certainly stay again on next trip."

"Overall, this was a great place to stay. Location is terrific. Bed was comfortable. Loved having outdoor space (shared but still really nice to have). Having a kitchenette. Was great. Also big shoutout to the manager for being so kind as to allow a late checkout. Only downfalls: expensive laundry and the need to clean things like the ceiling fans and the skylight. "This motel has basic facilities and will work for those looking for convenience and value for money. We found the place damp and cold. One of the rooms had mouldy curtains and smelly bedspreads. The walls were very thin and we could hear the neighbours moving about. We had to sleep with earplugs on."
