"it is close to the train station, which is convenient for our commute. it is a little bit away from the city center. however, it is only about 15 minutes walking distance and the walk is along a wider side walk and is very safe. the breakfast is nice too. the only thing is that the temperature of one of the two rooms we booked didn’t work. it was very hot throughout the stay. "For a first time ski weekend this hotel couldn’t be better! Located just by the ski lifts, secure ski lockers were provided. The room was very cosy and warm, clean, well equipped, warm soft light and hot showers. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. On last day we were able to store our belongings in the locker and take shower in a separate space for departing guests. "I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle.
