To be honest, the best thing at this resort is probably the hotel staff.
The general condition of the hotel/resort is very poor, very run down. Rust is present everywhere. Abundant falling leaves on the property grounds. Tiles in and around the pools are peeling off. These indicate lack of proper care and maintenance. The room is very basic (we stayed in a studio and two suites). One room had leaking toilet. Room safe didn’t work. Moldy spots in bathroom. Toilet seats were not very stable. Flimsy shampoo shelf in the shower area. The ceiling light were flickering. TV in the bedroom had very bad signals and didn’t work. We had to call for room cleanup several times despite leaving the request for clean up at the front door for the entire day at least for two of the three days we stayed.
At any rate, these is subpar and disappointing.
The waterpark nearby is also deserted. Mold in the pool and etc.
Not recommended.
